Basic server counts

When our server receives a full-page request, we increment separate daily counters for the page and the approximate country of the network exit. These counts also apply when you decline optional statistics. We do not store individual request records, IP addresses, identifiers, device details or browsing histories in these counters, and cannot link a page count to a country count or a person. Reloads count again; navigation without a full-page request is not included. Known bots and requests carrying Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are excluded. Counters are retained for up to 90 days.

Optional detailed statistics

When you allow statistics, Yundor records the pages and products you view, when you select a finish, add a product to an inquiry, view the inquiry list or start editing the inquiry form, clicks on email and WhatsApp links, and whether the server confirms receipt of your inquiry. We also record broad device type, browser, operating system, referring website domain and approximate country or region.

A random identifier groups activity in your current browser tab into a visit, expiring after about 30 minutes of inactivity. It is not an account identifier. We do not put names, email addresses, passwords, search text, form contents or full URLs into these statistics. Clicking a contact link does not tell us whether a message was sent. Selection events record the action and product page, not your chosen finish, quantity or requirements. The optional inquiry-received event contains no inquiry reference or contents and does not represent all inquiries, because visitors can decline these statistics.

OKKI (Xiaoman) analytics

When you allow optional statistics, we also load the third-party OKKI (Xiaoman) analytics script to help understand website visits. Your browser connects directly to the provider, which receives network information including your IP address and may use browser identifiers and visit information. This is separate from Yundor’s own statistics described above; our own retention and data-minimization statements do not describe the provider’s processing. The script is not loaded when statistics are declined or your browser signals Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Turning statistics off reloads this page to stop the loaded script.

Location and storage

Your IP address is used momentarily on our server to look up an approximate country or region in a local database. We do not store it in the statistics database or send it to a geolocation service. VPNs and proxies may affect the result. We do not request GPS or precise location.

Statistical events are kept for up to 90 days. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed below. Refusing optional detailed statistics does not limit access to the catalog. Standard hosting security logs are separate from optional statistics and may include IP addresses.

Owner device markers

The site owner can explicitly bind their own browser using a private, short-lived invitation. An optional local browser marker labels their future consented visits as internal traffic. Ordinary visitors are not enrolled automatically. Device markers do not identify people by IP or grant dashboard access. The owner can revoke a marker or remove it in that browser.

Contact and inquiries

When you submit an inquiry, Yundor stores your contact details, target market, requirements and selected product specifications to review and follow up on your request. Inquiry records are separate from optional visit statistics and remain available when you decline statistics. Access is restricted to the private business dashboard. We keep inquiry records for business follow-up until they are no longer needed; you can contact us to request correction or deletion. A receipt confirms that the server received your request, not that a quotation or order has been accepted. We keep the last confirmed reference in this browser tab’s session storage so you can find it after refreshing or returning to an inquiry form. This stored reference contains no contact details or project text. You can dismiss it from the form. To reduce duplicate inquiries after an interrupted connection, this tab also keeps up to 20 unresolved random request identifiers and SHA-256 content fingerprints. These records contain no plaintext contact details or project text and are removed when receipt is confirmed. They are separate from optional statistics. If submission fails, you can review and send an email draft yourself. Email and WhatsApp are handled by their respective providers when you open those links.
